The personal data on the application form can be processed and introduced into a database as a part of an Automatic File used for receiving the messages by the Spanish Association for Childhood Products (Asepri).
The personal data is exclusively for Asepri's internal use.
Those who send us their personal data have the right to access, correct, object and cancel the data in compliance with the terms and conditions established by the Protection of Personal Data Law.
Asepri is hereby expressly authorized by the individuals and their companies to use the personal data on the application form for data processing purposes.
The electronic mail and postal addresses supplied may be used later by ASEPRI for sending commercial notifications, to which you hereby give your consent. If you should not wish to receive such notifications you may revoke the consent given, simply by informing us of this along with a copy of your I.D. card or any other official document which accredits your identity to ASEPRI. You may make use of the right of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation at any time, by sending a signed request along with a copy of your I.D. card or any other official document which accredits your identity to: ASEPRI, C/ San Vicente 16-4º, pta 5, 46002 Valencia, Spain or by means of an e-mail.
